Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused patches. If you need to return an item, please ensure that:
- The product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used patches (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Orders returned without prior authorization.
- Delayed shipments due to carrier issues.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
